Licensing & support
Buying and installing
Section titled “Buying and installing”VoxMark for Cinema 4D is sold through aescripts + aeplugins. The easiest way to install and license it is the aescripts + aeplugins manager app, which installs the plugin for your versions of Cinema 4D.
VoxMark runs in Cinema 4D 2024 to 2027, on Windows and macOS (Apple Silicon).
Activating
Section titled “Activating”The first time you open VoxMark, the aescripts licence window appears and asks for your serial number.
- Paste the serial from your aescripts order.
- Click to activate.
The panel opens once the licence is active. Until then, VoxMark shows the licence window again whenever you open it or use a licensed feature.
The trial
Section titled “The trial”To try VoxMark first, enter trial as the serial in the licence window. The trial lasts
14 days. When it ends, enter your serial in the same window to keep going.
Your licence
Section titled “Your licence”Click the VoxMark icon at the top left of the panel to open the licence window at any time. When you’re licensed it shows Registered to … with your details, and a Deactivate License button.
Moving to a new computer
Section titled “Moving to a new computer”Deactivate before you move. On the old computer, click the VoxMark icon in the panel header and click Deactivate License. Then install VoxMark on the new computer and activate it there with the same serial.
If the old computer is no longer available, contact aescripts support with your order details.
Updates
Section titled “Updates”Updates come through aescripts + aeplugins — the manager app shows when a new version is available. VoxMark has no updater of its own.
Transcription costs
Section titled “Transcription costs”VoxMark uses your own API key with the transcription service you choose. The service bills you directly; VoxMark never handles payment. Groq has a free tier. See Providers & API keys.
Support
Section titled “Support”Questions or problems? Open a support ticket from the VoxMark for Cinema 4D product page on aescripts.com. It helps to include:
- your Cinema 4D version and operating system,
- the panel’s Log — open Log at the bottom of the Transcribe tab and click Copy log,
- anything VoxMark printed in Cinema 4D’s Console (Extensions ▸ Console).
